Policy Unplugged exists to help promote social networking, knowledge generation and sharing, co-creation and the harnessing of collective intelligence within organisations and communities.

We do this using a blend of innovative research, consulting, facilitation, training, technologies, conferences and reportage. We believe by embracing the latest collaborative technology and helping people to engage with it rewardingly and blending this with more effective face to face meetings we can generate conversations, insights, relationships and ideas that can be truly transformative.

By adopting more participatory ways of working we believe that organisations and communities can become more alive to the world around them, be more creative, improve their operational and strategic effectiveness and become better places to work, learn and play. Policy Unplugged is for those who prefer to make sense of a complex world through little stories rather than grand narratives!
