Strong background in financial services, working with a team to implement one of the first online business banking systems in the UK, before moving to the public sector and developing my creative web design hobby into a professional Web Developer role. I have seen how the web has moved from being a marketing tool towards a crucial service delivery channel, and now to one of the most prominent social mediums. I am passionate about the web and the use of ICT in general to support a business, and am excited about the future potential of online services and communities to reach an even wider audience. Specialties include Web accessibility and usability; social media; web as delivery channel; EFQM and Chartermark as applied to the delivery of web services.

Canadian culture and politics, North African cuisine, Mexican design, Moorish and brutalist architecture, travelling to North America, movies, music, acrylics painting.
