I started my working life as a journalist, mainly writing about conflicts in London planning and development for the Evening Standard. I'm now completing the circle by working on how to use social media for collaboration ... which I call social reporting. In between I've worked as a consultant helping start and run public-private-community partnerships, on public engagement programmes, and running workshop games and simulations.
